With over 40 years of experience, Voorberg NVM Makelaars is one of the largest and most renowned real estate agencies in Rotterdam. Its team of 15 true-born Rotterdammers knows the city inside out, specialising in neighbourhoods such as Rotterdam Noord, Blijdorp, Bergpolder, Liskwartier, Hillegersberg-Zuid, Oude Westen, Rotterdam West and the city centre.

My task and responsabilities are:

Responsible for communications through channels such as the website, social media, and print;

Responsible for SEO/SEA and Google search engine optimization;

Responsible for the launch of the new website;

Organizing and chairing by-weekly marketing meetings;

Advising the management team on sales and marketing strategy;

Coordinating strategic decisions in collaboration with the management team;

Project supervisor for the communications intern (MBO/HBO).
