Managed the Business Model Challenge startup accelerator program, guiding early-stage founders in defining their product or service, target audience and viable business model. Each cohort hosted 12 participants and concluded with a pitch event. 

The program was sponsored by Accenture and De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, with participants mentored by experienced entrepreneurs.
