Oedipus Brewing (Heineken NL)

During my time at Oedipus Brewing, I stepped in to cover a maternity leave as Project Manager for product and flavor development, with a focus on creating low- and no-alcohol beverages.

I designed and implemented a sprint plan to guide the development of a new 0.0% drink from concept to launch. As part of this process, I established a tasting panel of hospitality professionals and developed a structured questionnaire to collect qualitative feedback on flavor profiles. Based on this research, three promising variants were selected for further development.

I sourced and negotiated with an external production partner to handle filling and packaging, and collaborated closely with the marketing team to create the brand identity for this new low-alcohol product line. Within Oedipus, I helped position the category as part of the brewery’s future growth strategy. The product has since launched successfully in cans and is now ready for broader rollout.
