Oedipus Brewing (Heineken NL)

Oedipus Brewing is an Amsterdam-based craft brewery known for its vibrant, playful approach to beer. Founded in 2012 by four friends, Oedipus has built a reputation for bold flavors, colorful design, and a community-driven spirit that celebrates creativity and inclusivity. Beyond brewing distinctive beers, Oedipus creates lively spaces and experiences that bring people together around good taste and good times.

Coordinating the renovation of a 2,500 m² building into a brewery, horeca and event space;

Designing the new horeca place in collaboration with creatives and partners like Fiction Factory;

Applying for and monitoring permits and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations (brandveiligheid, NEN1010, omgevingsvergunning, horeca-vergunning);

Managing contractors, suppliers, and installers;

Budget control and contract management;

Crafting and co-creating the concept for the Spatkauf merchandise shop;

Organizing the relocation of the organization, offices, horeca, and brewery;

Vacating and preparing the previous Oedipus Brewing premises for return to the landlord.
